When determining the mode of the training, the Company evaluates the objectives of the course and determines the best method for delivery and success of the program. The more select the group, the greater the need for the training to be instructor-led. Consequently, the Company is migrating more of its global training and education programs to the online system.
Classes administered online are those that need to touch most employees, and cover regulatory topics such as Code of Ethics and Maintaining a Safe Workplace.
Instructor-led classes are those taught in person and have been developed with very specific audiences in mind. Sales classes range from beginning sales for new reps to advanced courses for established veterans. Leadership classes include several classes which help identify future leaders, cultivate existing leaders, and reward our most successful leaders.
