Q: How do I get set up within the CCD Online if I am a new employee?
A: Once your operations leader has entered your HR data into Employease all new employees are added to the CCD Online via a daily update from Employease.

Q:  How do I log in to the CCD Online?
A: Username = first initial of your first name and then last name (all lower case).
     Password = last four digits of your social security number (SSN)

Example: Charles Smith, SSN: 123-45-6789
Username = csmith / Password = 6789
If you have a common last name (like example above) we add an 01, 02, etc. after your username. Ex: csmith01

Q:  How long does it take for me to be set up as a new user?
A:  Once your operation leaders has entered the required Employease information, it should take 24 - 48 hours.
